Un \u00e9v\u00e8nement que l’on se devait de traiter comme vous pouviez vous en douter…<\/strong> On ne le r\u00e9p\u00e8tera jamais assez mais Carl Gottlieb<\/strong> fait vraiment\u00a0 partie de ces artistes polyvalents capables de d\u00e9montrer autant de talent derri\u00e8re\u00a0que devant la cam\u00e9ra. Son interpr\u00e9tation sans faille de Meadows<\/strong> (le journaliste de la\u00a0gazette locale d‘Amity<\/em>) dans le film de Spielberg<\/strong> en atteste. Mais l’homme est surtout reconnu pour\u00a0la qualit\u00e9 de ses sc\u00e9narios (en particulier ceux de la sainte trilogie), son livre Jaws Log<\/strong> (consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une authentique bible par le r\u00e9alisateur Bryan Singer<\/strong>) et l’irr\u00e9sistible Caveman<\/strong> qu’il r\u00e9alise en 1981 (sa premi\u00e8re collaboration avec Dennis Quaid<\/strong> soit dit en passant).<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Au sujet de Jaws 3-D<\/strong>, Carl Gottlieb<\/strong> se montre assez discret. Seul le journaliste Patrick Jankiewicz<\/strong> parviendra \u00e0 lui faire rompre le silence \u00e0 l’occasion de son sympathique A Jaws Companion<\/strong> sorti en 2009. Au sujet de l’\u00e9criture, Gottlieb<\/strong> avoue: \u00ab\u00a0I tried to make Dennis Quaid, Lea Thompson and Bess Armstrong’s characters believable and fun. I tried to work with the cast and write for them, because by that time, I knew who was gonna be in the movie. That’s luxury for a writer because sometimes you don’t know who’s in the picture. If you know who you’re writing for, it’s easier and more fun.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0 Quand la question de la 3D est abord\u00e9e, Gottlieb<\/strong> se montre moins tendre: \u00ab\u00a0The problem with 3-D scenes is they have to be planned so meticulously in advence that I think Jaws 3-D is a movie that was sunk from it’s planning. They organized the whole pictures around the concept of a theme park because they wanted to control costs and didn’t want to shoot on the open ocean. It made sense as a logistical idea, but it was tough to execute.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Gottlieb<\/strong> continue:\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0They had this idea of an underwater floating control chamber and after all that conceptual work was done, sets were built and the scenes of the shark swimming at the camera had been planned, sketched and storyboarded, so you couldn’t change that. There really wasn’t much you could do, they had all that stuff laid out, it was like: This is what you got’ so you had to write around that. It’s like a Roger Corman movie where he’s got footage of the riot or the plane exploding and four days of footage of Transylvannia and he says ‘Here write a vampire movie around it!<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb Des\u00a0 commentaires assez dures qui devraient blesser le fan qui sommeil en nous\u00a0 mais puisque c’est son anniversaire nous lui pardonnerons absolument tout!
